Valuation of Militari Shopping Center falls by €6.2m

The value of Militari Shopping Center, operated by Atrium European Real Estate, fell by about 9.1 percent to €65.2m, a €6.2m decrease from the previous year. The center offers 53,400 sqm of space. Its tenants posted €21.8m in sales in 2013. Atrium European Real Estate posted a net income of €6.4m in 2013. Its gross income hit €7.24m, a 1-percent increase from 2012. The company’s largest shareholder is Gazit Globe, which controls a 39.9-percent stake.
