Trei Real Estate Poland has opened a retail park in Skarżysko-Kamienna – it is the thirty-first Vendo Park in Poland and the first investment completed by the developer in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The facility with an area of 8,000 sqm is now fully commercialized. Fourteen attractive brands are not everything that distinguishes it. It is worth noting that it is powered by its own photovoltaic power plant. The value of the investment was EUR 9.8 million.
Vendo Park in Skarżysko-Kamienna is already the third project implemented by Trei as part of a joint venture with the investor Patron Capital – right after Chorzów and the recently opened retail park in Otwock. Its construction began in November 2021 on a plot of over 4.4 ha located at ul. Krakowska. For less than 8,000 sq m There are as many as fourteen brands of lease area: Biedronka, Rossmann, Dealz, Pepco, KiK, Smyk, Action, TEDi, Media Expert, Deichmann, Martes Sport, Kakadu, Zakłady Mięsne Zychowicz and Villaro. Visitors will be able to use 360 parking spaces.
“When looking for locations for Vendo Parks, we analyze in detail the local purchasing potential and consumer needs. We follow a business strategy that focuses on local communities and current trends. And these clearly show that we should have all the necessary services not far from our place of residence. Customers prefer shopping close to home, without having to travel to big cities. The investment in Skarżysko-Kamienna is very successful, as evidenced by the great interest of tenants. The facility was fully commercialized before its opening and therefore we are already planning its expansion,” explains Jacek Wesołowski, managing director of Trei Real Estate Poland.
The Trei company approaches its projects comprehensively. In addition to providing attractive tenants that attract customers, it also cares about the needs of local residents, the surrounding infrastructure and environmental considerations. Vendo Park in Skarżysko-Kamienna is powered by a very large photovoltaic power plant.
“When designing our retail parks, we always pay attention to the surroundings and build with ecology in mind. Caring for clean air in Poland is extremely important, because the problem of smog returns every heating season and it is also noticeable in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. We want to minimize the negative impact on the environment, which is why in this case we decided to use photovoltaics to power the facility,” adds Jacek Wesołowski, managing director of Trei Real Estate Poland.
The developer plans to open more Vendo Parks in Poland this year. There are facilities in Mielec or Zambrów under construction, and Trei intends to start further construction projects in the near future, including in Kraków, Gorzów Wielkopolski and in Szczecin, where its largest retail park with an area of 24,000 sqm will be built.
