Veranda Shopping Center project, developed in the Obor district by Prodplast Imobiliare will have 100 shops and a Carrefour hypermarket. Andrei Pogonaru, a board member of the developer, said the project will include 15,000 sqm green area, larger than any other Romanian retail project. The individual stores will comprise 25,000 sqm of GLA, to which will be added a Carrefour hypermarket. A total of 1,200 parking spots are planned for the mall, which will be delivered in 2016. CBRE Romania is the exclusive agent for the project.
