JLL brokered a deal for a plot of land in the Spořilov neighborhood of Prague that comes with a construction permit for a residential project. KK invest group sold the 4,000 sq plot on Choceradská Street to GARTAL for an undisclosed price. The residential permit allows for the construction of 68 flats on the site along with 47 parking places in a project called View Spořilov. There’s substantial demand for flats in the area, which has strong transport accessibility.
