Villeroy and Boch is to open a store in the Wgórze shopping centre in the Polish city of Gdańsk. The manufacturer of ceramics and bathroom equipment has leased 77 sqm of space in the mall, which will offer 70,000 sqm after a new extension is completed, with 270 stores available for new tenants. The project is currently 70 percent let, with the list of tenants including Real, Grupa Inditex i LPP, H&M, C&A, NewYorker, Helios, Simple, Orsay, Alshaya, Superpharm. The work on the mall’s extension started last year and is due for completion set at the third quarter of 2013.
