Vitalis Consulting will oversee the construction of Bistrita Retail Park, being developed by Element Development in northern Romania. Vitalis Consulting will assist the developer in obtaining the building permit as well as manage the tender for the general contractor.
Element Development targets residential and commercial real estate opportunities. Situated in an area with a strong potential for local trade, Bistrita Retail Park will offer 15,000 sqm of leasable space and a 6,000 sqm food court.
