Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate has sold a retail warehouse park with a gross lettable area of around 9,700 sqm in Sundsvall in central Sweden. The property company Svenska Handelsfastigheter is the buyer. The purchase price was not disclosed. Completed in 2008, the building provides a lettable retail area of 9,669 sqm along with an underground car park of 300 spots. The retail property had been acquired in 2007 and added to the investment fund Warburg-HIH Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 3. The retail warehouse park is currently occupied by six different tenants, including a DIY store, a home furnishing store and a garden supply store.
