Warimpex has finalized the acquisition of a development plot of land in Łódź. The plot is located near the Manufaktura shopping center and andel’s Hotel Łódż at the corner of Zachodnia and Ogrodowa streets. No other details of the deal were disclosed. The developer’s flagship investment in the city is a 29,000 sqm office building. One of the biggest hotel developers on the CEE market, Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG’s portfolio includes 18 hotels, totaling 4,600 rooms, and five office projects, totaling 42,000 sqm of space.
