Coral Gables based Wealthy Delight has purchased the Biscayne Mobile Home Park in the El Portal neighborhood of Miami for $14.25 million. The 13.86 acres property sits between 8360 and 8500 Biscayne Boulevard and 8650 N.W. 87th Street. Also included in the deal is an access road that leads to Northeast 83rd Street. The property, which traded for just over $1 million per acre was listed for sale as a multi-family development. The Village of El Portal recently hired Miami based PlusUrbia Design to create a new planning and zoning code that includes the mobile home park. The property was sold by New York based Madison Realty Capital.
