Katy Welsh has joined Colliers International South Florida as Senior Vice President of Retail Services covering the South Florida region. Welsh has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience leasing and marketing shopping centers. Prior to joining Colliers, Welsh worked for Konover South and has served as Broker/President of Hunter Real Estate Brokerage from 2008-2014 and Director of Real Estate for Kimco Realty from 2003-2008. Welsh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University. She has earned the designations of Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), both ICSC-established credentials.
