International law firm White & Case LLP advised PPF Group on the sale of a 50% stake plus one share in PPF Telecom Group’s assets in Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia and Slovakia to Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC (e&) and on the establishment of a joint venture between PPF Group and e& in relation to these assets. The purchase price (together with contractual bonuses) of EUR 2.5 billion represents one of the largest transactions ever undertaken by PPF.
