Wikana selling off Polish retail portfolio

8 April 2015

The Warsaw Stock Exchange developer Wikana is putting its Polish retail portfolio on the market, the company’s president, Robert Pydzik, said. He explained that the portfolio comprises of five assets it took over from Redevco in 2012. Located in cities of more than 50,000 residents, including Gorzów Wielkopolski, Inowrocław, Kalisz, Kraków and Łódź, the properties are fully leased to the Komfort furniture chain. The portfolio totals nearly 12,000 sqm of space. Wikana representatives say the step is part of the company’s wider divestment program.
