Wood Partners of Atlanta, Ga. has closed on the purchase of a parcel of land located 2901 and 2951 NE 1 Ave. in Miami. The buyer spent $25 million sales on the plot in order to build its project Midtown 8, which earned approval from the city earlier this year. The new scheme calls for the construction of a 28 floor building that will house 387 apartment units, 29,549 square feet of commercial and retail space and parking for 519 cars. No time line has been set as of yet for the completion of the project.
