Construction is set to break ground on the Dekada Malbork shopping center by the end of July. The two-story mall will offer 5,400 sqm of leasable space in 20 retail and service units. Completion is set for the second quarter of 2015. BOIG Property Consulting will oversee the leasing process. Leases have already been signed with CCC, RTV Euro AGD and Rossmann. Dekada Malbork is Dekada Realty’s 10th investment in Poland.
