XXXLutz is planning to open a store under its Mömax brand at Oradea Shopping City at the beginning of next year. This will be the Austrain furniture and home decor retailer’s second store in Romania. The new Mömax location will spread over 12,000 square meters. The company will also have 4,000 sqm of internal and 4,000 sqm of external warehouse space. The investment is valued at €5m. The first Mömax store in Romania was opened last year in Timisoara.
