Lumen and Skylight secured BREEAM In-Use International certificates this month for the office components of Warsaw’s flagship fashion mall, Złote Tarasy. These are the first BREEAM In-Use International certificates to be awarded to a Polish office building. The scheme offers 45,000 sqm of office space over eight floors.
The owner of the Złote Tarasy project, the French real estate investor Unibail-Rodamco, recently announced it plans to improve the quality of its retail portfolio in Poland. The investor has already started construction on Arkadia, its newest shopping mall.
