4F, the Polish manufacturer of sportswear and sporting accessories has prolonged and extended its lease at Brama Mazur shopping center in Ełk. The agreement was extended for another five years, according to 4F. “We didn’t hesitate to extend our lease agreement and expand our store in Brama Mazur because it is a unique and vibrant shopping centre” – said Małgorztata Gabryś, Investment and Development Director at 4F. “The store’s excellent results have led us to make the decision to increase the premises from 160 to 225 sqm.” She said that the bigger store would making easier and more enjoyable for customers and claims that the popularity of the 4F brand is growing in Poland. “And with it, so is the demand for our products,” she added. Brama Mazur offers a total 17,000 sqm GLA and parking for about 500 cars. Its main tenants include EURO RTV AGD, brands belonging to the LPP Group, H&M, 4F, CARRY, CCC and JYSK.
