OC Rotunda, the biggest retail warehouse completed in the Czech Republic this year, is opening in Havířov today. The 6,300 sqm scheme was fully leased a few months prior to the opening, according to Cushman & Wakefield. OC Rotunda will double the total retail stock in Havířov and has already attracted new retailers to the city. Aleš Vobruba, partner at ASV Group, the owner of OC Rotunda, says that the company plans to focus on another retail warehouse in Prague-Štěrboholy next year. Anchor tenants in OC Rotunda include a Lidl supermarket, C&A, Deichmann, Planeo elektro, Rossmann, Takko, Dr. Max, Orion, Eiscafé Delikana and SuperPet.
