Northwood is planning to sell the Mar shopping center in Barcelona for €500m. The US company bought the center in 2014 from a group of investors represented by Avestus Capital Partners. The property covers a surface area of almost 88,000 sqm and is one of the largest shopping centers in Cataluña offering 200 stores, restaurants and leisure components. CBRE will oversee the sales process.
