The UK-based property management-to-mining company Poseidon Group and its partner, the Belgian developer Mitiska REIM, are to launch the construction of a retail park soon in Belgrade’s Rakovica municipality. The €30m investment, called Capitol Park Rakovica, will include 30 units on 21,191 sqm of retail area and 753 parking spaces.
Capitol Park Rakovica is the first modern retail park in this district of Belgrade, that has a population of around 110,000 residents. The opening is targeted for the beginning of 2017.
