CBRE was named property manager of the Felicia shopping center in Iasi. “We are happy to add Iasi on the CBRE office map in Romania, along with Bucharest and Timisoara,” said Luiza Moraru, head of retail and asset services at CBRE Romania.
Felicia opened in October 2007, offering 29,000 sqm of GLA. The tenant mix includes Marks & Spencer, Sephora, Deichmann, Orsay, Nissa, Intersport, Media Galaxy, Takko, DM Drogerie and Pepco.
