White Star Investments has acquired the Loudoun Plaza I, an office building in the Loudoun Gateway Business Park, located outside Washington D.C.’s in Virginia near Washington Dulles International Airport. Having been built I 1989, the 71,750 square foot Class A office building cost the buyer $12,150,000. It’s one of four buildings in the office park and traded for just under $170 per sq ft. It was comprehensively renovated in 2015 and was 91 percent leased by the time of closing. Cambridge Holdings has been retained as the Leasing Agent and Property Manager for the Property.
