WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG signed an agreement to acquire an OBI DIY store in the Westphalian city of Olpe for €10m. The property was completed in 2014 and is certified as a green building by the European Commission. The investment offers 9,000 sqm of retail space as well as 253 parking spots and is completely let to OBI GmbH. The transaction forms part of a rapid portfolio expansion bz WCM AG, with more deals now in the planning stage.
