Wellkept, controlled by Radu Dimofte, completed a 2,230 sqm office building on Balcescu Boulevard in Bucharest. Balcescu 17A cost €2.5m and is now 50 percent leased. Wellkept said it is in advanced talks with companies interested in leasing the commercial space on the ground floor. Tenants include MoneyGram and IFN Extra Finance.
Wellkept owns projects in Bucharest, Constanta and Brasov.
