Coresi Shopping Resort is set to open in Brasov on March 27. The shopping center is expected to add 500 new jobs to the local labor market. Coresi Shopping Resort is already 85 percent leased. Tenants include Inditex (Zara, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Bershka, Oysho and Pull & Bear), Kenvelo, Tom Tailor, Lee Cooper, Time Out, Douglas and an Auchan hypermarket. The investor hopes to have the center 95 percent leased by the time it officially opens.
