Apsys modernizing 3 Stawy for Union Investment

18 March 2014

The German real estate investor Union Investment hired Apsys to oversee its most recent retail investment in Poland: the modernization of the 3 Stawy shopping center in Katowice. The contract, signed this month, is worth PLN 12m. The project involves adding new commercial space to the center, as well as rebranding the mall. Apsys will be responsible for the entire investment process, including the predevelopment stage. Construction is set to start this month and will take less than a year.

Delivered in 1999, the 3 Stawy shopping center was one of the first retail projects to open in the city.
