Carrefour and KFC agreed to take space at a new 25,500 sqm shopping center that will be developed in Bucharest’s Rahova district by NEPI and Benevo Capital, according to the news server economica.net.
The center, worth an estimated €60m, will go up on a plot that used to house the former Vulcan factory. Construction is expected to start soon after all the building permits are in place. Carrefour and KFC are the first to sign on to the project.
