Site preparation for the construction of the Sukcesja mall started this week, in the city of Łódź. General construction work is set to finish by the end of the year, with completion work on the shopping mall anticipated in 2014. The scheme is a 121,000 sqm mall, of which 51,000 sqm is intended for rent in 170 retail units. Helios and Pure Jatomi Fitness are key tenants in the project. Savills is responsible for the leasing process on the project, while the Polish builder Mirbud contracted to oversee construction.
