The American coffee company Starbucks opened its new Budapest store on Fashion Street, one of the city’s most frequented places. Along with being centrally located, it sits on top of a metro station where the city’s three lines cross. The owner of the real estate in which the the 260 sqm store is located is Immobilia Zrt. The change of end user is a like for like substitution, as Starbucks is moving into the old Coffeeheaven location. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield for what will be Starbucks seventh shop in Budapest.
