The new shopping center of the Atut chain will be built in Myszków, in the Silesian Voivodeship. The start of construction is planned for the second quarter of this year, and the first customers of the center will be welcomed in mid-2023.
Atut Myszków will be the first modern retail facility in the city, the format of which will be adapted to fast and convenient everyday shopping. On the area of 11,000 sqm there will be several dozen commercial and service premises of well-known and popular brands, with entrances directly from the parking lot. The investment will also include the construction of a Lidl, McDonald’s restaurant, gas station and a DIY facility with an area of approx. 3,000 sqm and 550 parking spaces will be available on site, and the entire project will cover an investment area with an area of 6.4 ha.
“Myszków’s asset is a facility with huge commercial potential. It is mainly influenced by the excellent location, right next to the key roads for the region. The appearance of a new shopping center on the map of Myszków will provide the residents of the city and the surrounding area with access to shops of various brands, which have so far been lacking in the region, and will enable them to do everyday shopping in one place, quickly and conveniently,” said Wojciech Cieślak, President of BOIG, the company responsible for the implementation investment.
The unquestionable advantage of the facility will be its location in the city center, near the intersection of ul. Kazimierz Pulaski from ul. Jesionowa, in the Katowice special economic zone. Directly next to the investment, there will be a bypass providing efficient access from Częstochowa and Katowice, and provincial road No. 793, which connects Myszków with Żarki and facilitates access to other places, e.g. Zawiercia or Siewierza. Thanks to this location, Atut Myszków will be within the range of 120 thousand. people – residents of the city and the entire Myszków district.
Myszków County is located in the north-eastern part of the Silesian Province. Its advantage is the attractive location in terms of tourism – it is located on the edge of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, which makes it an excellent starting point for motorized tourists, cyclists and hiking enthusiasts.
The investor of the facility is Atut Myszków sp.z o.o. BOIG Property Consulting is responsible for its commercialization. The opening is planned for mid-2023.
