Real estate developer Iulius has signed a contract with clothing retailer Sinsay, which will be found in Family Market, a new retail concept that the company controlled by Iulian Dascălu is launching in Miroslava commune, Iași county.
The announcement was made for the first time by Oana Diaconescu, Head of Leasing Iulius, during the retailArena 2021 event.
Family Market in Miroslava will have a retail leasable area of approximately 6,200 sqm, and the investment exceeds EUR 6 million.
