Prokura NS FIZ – a subsidiary of Kruka – concluded an agreement to purchase retail debt portfolios from Getin Noble Bank with a nominal value of PLN 839 million.
“A few days ago, we informed the market that we had won the tender, and now we have finalized the transaction. The contract for the purchase of unsecured retail debt portfolios has just been signed and is one of Kruk’s largest investments on the Polish market for several years. We are pleased that the last quarter is traditionally intense. This is a strong premise for the coming year to be better in terms of portfolio supply and KRUK is prepared for it. Kruk is the largest debt management company in Poland. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2011. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 1.25 billion in 2019.
