NEPI Rockcastle opened a retail park in Zagreb earlier this month. Arena Park covers 8,000 sqm. The tenant mix includes JYSK, Kik, Sancta Domenica, Pepco, Bubamara, CCC, PittaRosso, ExtraSports, Intersport Outlet, Leggiero Loft and the first LC Waikiki store in the capital. The investment is valued at €12m. The retail park was developed next to Arena Centar, the largest shopping center in Zagreb.
