First Property Group is planning to make big upgrades to the Kraków Business Park, which it acquired last year and renamed Eximius Park. Work on the lobby area are set to break ground in October. Located in Zabierzów, the office complex offers 50,000 sqm of space in four buildings. First Property is expected to add a new sports area to the complex as well as retail, restaurants and additional parking.
