LC Waikiki leased 1,300 sqm at Colosseum Retail Park in Bucharest. This latest lease follows two other recent deals: Sport Vision signed on 900 sqm and Pepco took 450 sqm. All three retailers will open their stores in the fourth quarter. Colosseum is now fully occupied. The retail park opened in 2011 and offers 38,500 sqm of retail space. Its main tenants are Carrefour, Altex, Jysk and DIY retailer Leroy Merlin.
