Auchan signed a lease on 20,000 sqm at Atrium Felicity, currently underway in the city of Lublin. The project by Atrium Real Estate is currently 79 percent leased. The investor hopes to have the shopping center completed by the end of next year.
The tenant list includes Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Reserved, House, Cropp, Mohito, Sinsay, Carry, Tally Weijl, Cubus and New Yorker. Media Saturn has signed a letter of intent for space at the project.
Once completed, Atrium Felicity will add 75,000 sqm of new retail space in 135 stores to the regional market. Cushman & Wakefield is handling the leasing process.
