BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary has been named property manager of the Napfény Park shopping center in Szeged. The property, owned by Erste Real Estate Fund, is currently under the management of Erste Fund Management Zrt. The shopping center was opened in 2008 and offers 30,000 sqm. Tenants include Jysk, Deichmann, RENO, dm drogerie markt, Charles Vögele, KIK, Intersport, Cardo, Fressnapf and CCC.
