BS Auto will open a new car showroom in the Čestlice/Průhonice commercial zone on the outskirts of Prague. BS Auto, which represents Opel and Nissan, has signed a 10-year contract with CTP to lease 1,600 sqm of space in a building that is currently going through a complete refurbishment. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the deal, and Lukáš Vostrovsky of the retail park leasing team says that the deal closed in just four months, indicating that the location is attractive. CTP bought the building, formerly an Okay electro outlet, in 2012.
