C&W expands retail management portfolio

29 June 2015

Cushman & Wakefield has signed on to manage the 22,000 sqm Olympia Mladá Boleslav, owned by CPI. The shopping center is the third addition to C&W’s retail management portfolio since the beginning of the year. In February, C&W took over management of the 25,000 sqm City Park Jihlava, followed by the 36,000 sqm Galerie Nove Butovice, owned by Valad, in April. C&W has 11 shopping centers under management on the Czech market, totaling more than 318,000 sqm. The annual footfall for the centers is around 50 million.

In other segments, C&W expanded its portfolio of properties under management by adding The Blox, an office project recently completed in Prague 6.
