Colosseum Retail Park in northwest Bucharest signed three new leases with Sport Vision (900 sqm), Pepco (450 sqm) and Nedelya. The center developed by Nova Imobiliare increased its sales by 19 percent over the last two years, while traffic increased by 15 percent, hitting 3 million visitors. The 38,500 sqm Colosseum Retail Park opened in 2011 on 62 ha which can be further developed.
