The integration of Hungarian Cora stores into Auchan group was been finished recently by Immochan, the real estate company of Auchan group. Auchan has announced the integration of the seven Cora stores in 2011, whose addition to the Auchan chain brings that networks total number of stores in Hungary to 19. The company expects to have more than 45 million customers annually, and is planning further store openings in 2014. With the integrational process, Immochan has 717 stores, on more than 73,000 sqm, making Immochan one of the most prominent real estate companies in Hungary. Auchan group has been present in Hungary since 1996, having opened its first store in 1998. It now employs more than 8000 people in Hungary.
