Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG has acquired a portfolio of six retail properties for €26.5m. The portfolio includes a 24,200 sqm hypermarket in Meissen, a 24,000 sqm hypermarket in Plauen, a shopping center with 2,600 sqm of rental space in Tangerhütte, a shopping center with 1,800 sqm of rental space in Limbach-Oberfrohna, a 1,100 sqm grocery store in Sondershausen and a 1,000 sqm discount-grocery store in Eisenhüttenstadt. The total rental space amounts to approximately 54,700 sqm.
