The New Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw continues to attract tenants, with DORACO, a member of the Hass Holding Group, securing 1,000 square meters of space. The company will establish its new Warsaw headquarters on the 9th floor of the recently renovated boutique office building, with plans to move in later in 2024. The lease transaction was facilitated by the consultancy agency Wood Lark, with CA Immo being represented by CBRE.
DORACO, a company with 30 years of experience in Polandâs general contracting market, has a notable portfolio, including projects like the modernization of the PogoĆ Szczecin stadium, the expansion of GdaĆsk airport, and the redevelopment of the Port of Gdynia. In Warsaw, DORACOâs key achievements include the renovation of the SMYK Department Store and the construction of the MarszaĆkowska Centre. Currently, the company is involved in building the new headquarters for Sinfonia Varsovia and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, among other projects.

The office building, located at 16 KrĂłlewska Street, offers 15,000 square meters of Class A office space and has received WELL pre-certification, recognizing its high standards for occupant health and well-being. Additionally, the building has been awarded WiredScore Platinum certification and is pursuing BREEAM sustainability certification. The renovation utilized at least 50% recycled materials and introduced energy-efficient systems, including advanced lighting controls and water-saving fixtures.
