Elbfonds Group rebrands its Polish malls

17 September 2012

Elbfonds Group plans to rebrand its shopping malls in Poland, which means its ongoing project, Arabella, will now be called Marcredo Center. The mall is underway in the city of Ciechanów on Pułtuska Street, with Strabag overseeing construction. The shopping mall is a joint project between Elbfonds Group and Vertano Real Estate, with BRE Bank Hipoteczny providing the financing.
Intermarche, Brikomarche, RTV EURO AGD and Jysk have already signed leases and talks with other potential tenants are ongoing, said Stephan Haupt, a Elbfonds board member. “H&M is likely to join the group of tenants at Marcredo Center in the near-term.”
Marcredo Center is expected to bring a total of 15,500 sqm of space to the local retail market. The mall is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter.
