Evergent Investments has postponed the over EUR 100 million project it wants to build in Iași. “The start of construction has been delayed to allow for more careful planning and more effective management of geopolitical and macroeconomic risks, thereby ensuring the long-term stability and success of the project,” the company’s latest financial report said.
The project in Iași is a mixed one, which includes offices, apartments and commercial spaces and involves the urban conversion of a former industrial area, on a plot of 15,500 sqm.
Evergent Investments has three residential projects in preparation in Bucharest. The company owns a 16,000 sqm plot of land on the street Intrarea Străulești no. 37, which is in the preparation phase of the urban planning documentation for a residential real estate project with mixed functions. Another project in preparation is the one on a 19,000 sqm plot of land in Drumul Piscul Moșului, and the third project will be developed on a plot of land on Spătarul Preda street, with an area of 11,480 sqm, which has good prospects for residential.
Evergent also owns 50 percent of the company that is building the Atria Urban Resort residential project, a project that will have over 1,300 apartments upon completion.
