The first Extra Retail Park in Montenegro is set to open on Friday in Podgorica in the city’s Zabjelo neighborhood on July 4th Street. Tenants include Jumbo, Nike Outlet, Metro shoes, SportVision, Cosmetics Market and Office Shoes. The investor built the the 7,153 sqm retail park on a 11,000 sqm plot of land. The new shopping plaza will employ roughly 150 people by the time of opening, but the total volume of the investment has not been published.
