FM Logistic has leased 10,000 sqm of office and warehouse space at Panattoni Park Poznań VII. The logistics provider was represented by Cushman & Wakefield during the lease process. Panattoni Park Poznań VII is located in Koninko and consists of five buildings with a total area of 130,000 sqm. “Panattoni showed a deep understanding of the tenant’s operational needs and proposed a solution meeting operational and location requirements. Of the 46,000 sqm being built in a new warehouse building of Panattoni Park Poznań VII, 10,000 sqm will be occupied by FM Logistic,” said Maciej Szczepański, business development manager of the industrial and logistics agency at Cushman & Wakefield.
