ParkLake, the new shopping center Sonae Sierra is developing with Caelum Development, has signed a lease for the first Forever 21 store in Romania, with a sales area of 1,600 sqm.
Parklake, a €180m investment in Bucharest’s 3rd district, will open in 2016.
Construction is on schedule, with the structural, mechanical and engineering portions of the building well-advanced and finishing works now underway. ParkLake will feature over 200 stores in a total leasable area of 70,000 sqm, with 23 restaurants, leisure areas and a 14-screen multiplex cinema. Forever 21 is a Los Angeles-based brand with 700 stores worldwide.
