The Ingria Investment, investment fund has sold a retail space in Calle de Serrano to the German based company AEW Europe. The store offers 750 sqm over two floors as well as eight balconies and large shop windows. The space is part of a building currently being refurbished with completion planned for the beginning of 2017. Ingria Investment was advised by Cushman & Wakefield during the transaction process.
