The real estate developer Iulius Group, owned by Iulian Dascălu, is developing a new retail concept, under the name Family Market. The first two projects of this type will be in the commune of Miroslava in Iaşi county, but also in the residence of the same county, in the Bucium neighborhood. For both projects, the cumulative investment is EUR 16 mil. The authorization process is underway, work will begin in the spring of this year, and the estimated completion deadline is the last quarter of 2021.
Family Market will have a small format, which will integrate both supermarket and a mix of services and local producers: butcher, fast food, bakery, grocery, confectionery, coffee shop, wine shop, spice & deli, natural products, mobile telephony services, pharmacy, tailoring and dry cleaning, hairdresser, barber shop, garden items, pet shop, household items, fashion services, travel agency, florist. The projects also includes, parks and recreation areas.
